Who is not tempted by investments that provide huge returns? Agree everyone agrees that people will be attracted by multiple profits from the capital spent.
But again, as a smart investor, one should be careful in assessing every form of investment offered.
Tempted by the promised profit is fine, but don't be complacent. Of course, the term bulging investment is familiar to my ears.
Even so, people who are tempted and trapped in a vicious cycle of fraud under the guise of investment often occur.
Ponzi schemes (the business model introduced by Charles Ponzi of Italian descent) are often found in investments or sales of camouflage products and services.
The priority is more on how to attract new members to close the investment of old members (who have registered earlier).
All of that is nothing more than a trick, aka a game of money.
Even though there are products / services that are actually offered, the scheme is ponzi, so the initial intention of this business is actually wrong and recommends cheating.
Because in the end this business model will not last long.
The latest example is First Travel's Umrah travel service provider which has been able to attract around 70 thousand pilgrims with low price offers.
But nothing separates those who were successfully dispatched. Of course there are many other forms of service and investment offerings that are not really that different from these deceptive attempts.
As with money games, the returns are usually very large for those who invest a large amount of money and recruit other members.
Money game members will go to great lengths to convince potential investors that they are a genuine company, but are actually illegal. The money game concept is similar to the Multi Level Marketing (MLM) business.
To get caught in the money game business, we need to understand and critically do a background check on the companies they are going to invest in and leverage whether they have the license to adjust their type of business or not.
Being smart and careful is the key to efforts to offer illegal investment. And certainly you have to be able to distinguish between MLM and money games.
Money games only want your money under the guise of a variety The business model is growing rapidly, both in type and in number.
Two popular business models due to rapid growth are MLM and Money Game.
If the MLM business scheme is legal, money games are illegal. You have to be careful and smart to distinguish especially regarding money games because this business is designed to steal your money.
MLM is an attractive business model proposition for many people where members are given the opportunity to be involved in a system to distribute products to consumers.
Unlike people who start a business from scratch, multilevel marketing participants have the support of direct sales companies that supply products and sometimes also offer training.
Meanwhile, money games depend on the ability of members to recruit people to become distributors of the products or services offered.
But that's not really the focus of the business because money games offer the opportunity to make money by signing up more members to reach a certain level of achievement.
